Our coaching philosophy is simple…

All people are deserving of love, compassion and support. Each and every person is different in the most beautiful ways. No one needs to go it alone (ever). Questions are more helpful than answers.

Coaching Beyond was founded by Nico in 2020 after serving eight years in the 75th Ranger Regiment and two years as a Financial Coach. It was quickly evident that the root cause of many financial (and spiritual, and leadership, and educational, and life, and so on…) problems were based on behavior, psychology, and support (or lack thereof), but not merely money.

Recognizing this led to an amazing discovery. Too many people feel disconnected from others, unhappy in their jobs and/or relationships, and off track from their desired path.

With this in mind, we have built a community and a coaching practice that focuses on finding Clarity, taking Control & maintaining Balance personally and professionally.
